Refund Policy

We want you to be confident purchasing from IncorpMe. This policy explains the refund terms for our DIY courses and Done-For-You (DFY) services.
Courses — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase an IncorpMe course and are not satisfied for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund. No completion requirement, no questionnaire, no hoops. One email is all it takes. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.
To request a course refund, email support@incorpme.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and your order number or the email address used at checkout.
Done-For-You Services — Stage-Based Assessment
DFY services involve work performed on your behalf using third-party government agencies and service providers. Some costs are incurred the moment we begin work. Refunds are assessed based on the stage of work completed at the time of your request:
Stage 1 — Before intake is submitted
If you have not yet submitted your intake form, you are eligible for a full refund of the service fee, minus any non-refundable payment processing fees already incurred.
Stage 2 — Intake submitted, filing not yet submitted to the state
If your intake form has been processed but we have not yet submitted your formation documents to the state, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the service fee. Any third-party government or registered agent fees already paid on your behalf are non-refundable.
Stage 3 — Filing submitted or EIN application in progress
Once your LLC formation documents have been submitted to the state, or your EIN application has been submitted to the IRS, the service fee is non-refundable. At this stage, substantial work has been completed and government processing has begun.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable in all circumstances:
- State LLC filing fees paid to government agencies
- IRS EIN application processing costs
- Registered agent fees already paid for the current term
- Third-party bank setup fees or expedited processing fees
- Annual report fees paid to state agencies
Our “Filed Correctly or We Fix It Free” Guarantee
If IncorpMe submits incorrect information that is our error — wrong state of formation, incorrect member name, incorrect registered agent — we will refile or correct the mistake at no additional cost to you. This guarantee covers errors attributable to IncorpMe. It does not cover corrections based on information you provided incorrectly, or changes you request after submission.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We ask that you contact us at support@incorpme.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues are resolved quickly when raised directly with our team. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and could complicate the resolution process.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@incorpme.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
- Include your order number or the email address used at purchase
- Briefly describe your request (for DFY, note your service type)
We aim to respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 3–5 business days. Funds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
